Our Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your bridal fabric selection. If for any reason you need to return or exchange your purchase, we’re here to help with the same attention to detail we apply to our premium fabrics.

Return Timeframe

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the delicate and personal nature of certain bridal materials, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Cut fabrics – Once fabric has been cut to your specified length, we cannot accept returns for hygiene and quality assurance reasons
  • Custom orders – Any fabrics ordered with specific custom requirements
  • Sale items – Items purchased during special promotions or clearance events
  • Intimate apparel fabrics – Due to the sensitive nature of these materials

Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Request Authorization

Before returning any items, please contact our customer service team to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Unauthorized returns cannot be processed.

Step 2: Complete Return Form

Use the template below to provide all necessary information for your return or exchange:

Step 3: Package Your Return

Please include the following in your return package:

  • Items in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging and any included documentation
  • A copy of your order confirmation or packing slip
  • The RA number clearly marked on the outside of the package

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. Bridal Fabric Shop is not responsible for return shipments that are lost or damaged in transit.

Refund Information

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase:

  • Credit Card payments (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunded to your card
  • PayPal payments: Refunded to your PayPal account

Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or defective merchandise.

Exchanges

We happily accept exchanges for the same item in a different color or size, subject to availability. To process your exchange:

  1. Follow the return process outlined above
  2. Clearly indicate in your return request that you wish to exchange the item
  3. Specify the desired color/size alternative from our available selection
